Bookable via our simple online booking system you'll have access to up to 4 sessions per week from any of the group session times for your chosen Gym location, across the duration of your Program.
A Personalised 'Strategy Session' ...
Bookable via our Team on an individual basis, we'll sit with you for an initial 'Strategy Session' to help map out your personal progress as well as cover a 'Dietary Review' to help on the nutrition side of things. This usually happens within the first 7 days of your Program where Trainer availability dictates.
Our TUF Members Guide...
A full colour, printed A4 guide to your first few weeks with us. This is your go to resource to get your nutrition on track, start you back to doing the basics well and begin your fitness journey with us.
The 30 page Workbook will help guide you through the initial processes we use to coach our Members.
This will be received in a Members Pack within the first few days of starting with us (usually it is waiting for you at your first session with us).
The TUF ViP Members Facebook Group...
Our closed Members FB group (a group for each Gym location) in which we can help those in our 'Inner Circle' with their Health and Fitness dilemmas, share their successes and achievements and enrich their lives with our utmost wisdom (or maybe not but at least share some knowledge bombs with them regularly)!

A dedicated Fitness Facility like no other in the local area. We have a usable 2000 sq ft facility to use for Group Training as well as Personal Training.

A newly built facility over 2 floors comprising of a machine and free weight based gym area on the first floor and a large studio on the second floor.
